‘Marvel’ has been responsible for so many great comic book heroes and this piece reveals a small slice of Marvel history. I believe that people both young and old would recognize many of the characters shown or would at least heard of them.
As with my ‘I love Spidey’ picture, this art yields the perfect opportunity to accumulate dilapidated and abandoned comics and annuals and to resurrect them into significant items of remembrance from the 70’s and 80’s.
So here is my tribute to marvel and their good work.
