Description:
Aging is a quirky adventure. As a child, existence extended onwards but as age steals up on me I find myself recapturing the days of old. Cartoons and comics entranced me and, just like vinyl LPs, many of these are now consigned to oblivion.
This piece pays homage to ‘Spiderman’ and when I look at this picture, I can hear the 'Spiderman' theme tune playing in my head and it brings back all kinds of wonderful memories.
This art yields the perfect opportunity to accumulate dilapidated and abandoned comics and annuals and to resurrect them into significant items of remembrance from the 70’s and 80’s.
